Holographic Gaze Radar Sea Low Observable Target Data Set
Data Editors:Chen Xiaotian
Dataset Introduction: The holographic staring radar system continuously performs staring detection on the sea surface and targets, forming an S-band multi-channel "dual high" (high Doppler resolution+high range resolution) dataset, which includes three typical radar echo data (unmanned aerial vehicle, motorboat, sea clutter) and true value data (TR) collected, covering low observable targets in the sea and air and sea surface in the speed range of 3m/s to 15m/s, while also taking into account the data collection of sea clutter.
The radar system is deployed on the Advanced Technology and Industrial Innovation Platform of Zhejiang University in Yazhou Bay, Sanya City, Hainan Province, with a height of about 30m. The system operates in the S-band, with a distance resolution of 0.6m and a velocity resolution of ≤ 0.18m/s. The transmitted signal is LFM pulse signal, with a pulse repetition frequency of 15kHz. During the experiment, the gaze scene includes low observable targets in the sea and sky - unmanned aerial vehicles; Low observable targets on the sea surface - motorboats; Other unknown non cooperative targets and sea clutter, with a total data volume of approximately 1.2T, provide rich data support for multi-dimensional and multi angle target recognition and characteristic analysis.
The ownership of the holographic staring radar low observable target dataset at sea belongs to the Hainan Research Institute of Zhejiang University, and the editorial department of Radar Journal has the editing and publishing rights. Readers can use this data for teaching, research, etc. for free, but they need to cite or acknowledge it in their papers, reports, and other achievements.
