1. Open Access (OA)

Journal of Radars is an open access journal since 1 January, 2016. Once published, all articles will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download. Articles published in 1981-2022 are still available for free download and reading.

2. The Peer Review

The peer review, in the form of double-blind review, is undertaken by the Editorial Board of Journal of Radars. All manuscripts are reviewed by the editorial office, the Editorial Board Member and Corresponding Editor for the preliminary review. 4-6 Reviewer give peer review opinions, and the Corresponding Editor for the final review, mainly evaluating the scientific, innovative and practical nature of the papers. The Corresponding Editor makes the final decision on whether the manuscript can be published.

3. User Rights and Author Rights

The Creative Commons is used by Journal of Radars to allow third-party users to share in the form of CC-BY. That is, the published articles can be opened immediately and permanently on the website and accessed freely. Journal Owner allows users to read, download, copy, print, search or link to the full text of the article, or use it for other legitimate purposes. However, in these processes, the author's signature must be retained. At the same time, the author can use the paper for other purposes. 4. Publication Charge

In order to support open access publishing, Journal of Radars charges Article Publishing Charge (APC), which needs to be paid by authors or their institutions, fund-supported projects and so on. The article publishing charge is 300 RMB/page.
