SAR Microwave Vision 3D Imaging Dataset-1.0 (SARMV3D-1.0) includes two sub-datasets, SAR Building Instance Semantic Segmentation Dataset-1.0 (SARMV3D-BIS-1.0) and SAR Microwave Vision-based 3D Imaging Research Dataset-1.0 (SARMV3D-Imaging-1.0). Among them.

(1) SARMV3D-BIS-1.0 includes three sub-datasets of difficult (D), medium (M), and simple (S), releasing 1588, 773, and 234 SAR slice images respectively, and covering more than 48,000, 15,000, and 6,000 annotated building instances respectively. All slice size is 1024×1024.

(2) SARMV3D-Imaging-1.0 includes airborne array interferometric SAR data of two regions, Yuncheng in Shanxi and Emei in Sichuan. It contains single-view complex-valued images (SLC), amplitude images, 3D imaging result data, images of overlay times, and auxiliary data of each channel.

SAR Building Instance Semantic Segmentation Dataset-1.0 (SARMV3D-BIS-1.0) includes three sub-datasets of difficult (D), medium (M), and simple (S), including 1588, 773, and 234 SAR slice images of size 1024×1024, respectively. Each slice has a level 1B amplitude image, single-view complex-valued image (SLC), an image of overlay times, and labeled mask images. The three sub-datasets (D, M, and S) cover 48,000, 15,000, and 6,000 building instances, respectively. Every building instance is annotated with three categories of side elevation, roof, and shadow. We randomly divided the dataset into train set, validation set, and test set in the ratio of 6:2:2 and provide corresponding JSON format annotation files to record detailed information. SAR Microwave Vision-based 3D Imaging Research Dataset-1.0 (SARMV3D-Imaging-1.0) includes airborne array interferometric SAR data of two regions, Yuncheng in Shanxi and Emei in Sichuan, with array interferometric channel numbers of 8 and 12, and image sizes of 3100 × 1220 and 3600 × 1800, respectively. The dataset contains single-view complex-valued images (SLC), amplitude images, 3D imaging result data, images of overlay times, and auxiliary data of each channel. The data can be used free of charge for scientific research, teaching and so on, but the data source should be marked in the reference according to the citation format.
