IEEE International Conference on Signal, Information and Data Processing 2019 was opened in Chongqing on December 11, 2019. The conference was co-sponsored by the IEEE Beijing Section and the Beijing Institute of Technology. The conference accepted 690 manuscripts, and about 800 representatives from home and abroad attended the conference.

Academician Zhang Jun sent a video speech. The opening ceremony of the conference was chaired by Professor Yang Xiaopeng of BIT.
