The Radar and Microwave Vision Sub-Forum and the 1st Journal of Radars Lecture was held on the 1st "Radar and the Future" Global Summit at Nanjing International Expo Center on April 23, 2021. This forum and lecture was co-sponsored by the Aerospace Information Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fudan University and the Editorial Department of Journal of Radars. More than 200 representatives from more than 70 domestic institutions including Fudan University, National University of Defense Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Aerospace Information Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences attended the lecture.

At first, researcher Ding Chibiao from Aerospace Information Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences delivered a speech as the chairman of the forum. Academician Jin Yaqiu attended the conference and made a speech as the guest speaker.
