Tuanjie Liu, born in 1969, is an Professor and the director of the Editorial Department in Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS). He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Northwestern Polytechnical University, Electronics Engineering, in 1990 and 2000, respectively. Further, he earned a Ph.D. degree in Image Processing from the Institute of Remote Sensing Applications, CAS in 2003. From 2003 to 2011, he was with the 8th Department, IECAS. He joined the Editorial Department in 2011. His research interests include remote sensing technology, electronics and information theory, mechanism, and system; electronics and information trends, frontier, and hot; electronics and information research situation; etc..

Shouxin Jia, born in 1968, is an Associate Professor of the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS). He received BS and MS degrees from the School of Information and Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology, China, in 1991 and 1994, respectively. Since 1994, he has been working at IECAS. His research interests include radar theory, mechanism, and systems, radar trends and frontiers, and radar research status. Wang Ruan, born in 1982, is an Academic Editor working with the Journal of Radars at Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS). She received Ph.D. in Physical Electronics from IECAS in 2009. In the same year, she joined the Key Laboratory of High Power Microwave Sources and Technologies and the Technology Department of IECAS. Her research interests include high power microwave electro vacuum devices and radar's technology. Rong Yu, born in 1981, is an Academic Editor working with the Journal of Radars at Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS). She received the Double B.S. and M.S. degrees in School of Information and Electronic, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. From 2006 to 2018，She was with the Division of Scientific and Technology, IECAS. Since 2018, she has been working in the Editorial Department. Her research interests include radar's technology and marketing management. Ma Xiuqiang, an academic editor of the journal department, born in 1988, comes from Bozhou, Anhui province. He was conferred a master’s degree in remote sensing and geosciences of China University of Geosciences (Beijing)(CUBG) in 2018. He joined the Journal Department of Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Science(IECAS) of the Aerospace Information Research Institute (AIR) under the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2018. His research directions include remote sensing data processing and application, geodesy, geographic information system, geology, journal editing, bibliometrics, and so on. At present, he is responsible for editing and proofreading the Journal of Radars.
